Meet the Team
Pastor Derrick West
Tracy has a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and Homeland Security/ Counter Terrorism from Excelsior College. She has worked as a Probation officer, Child Protective Services Case Worker, JC Public Health Service Program Coordinator for Children w/ Special Health Care Needs, Jefferson Community College Personnel Clerk, and an Insurance Investigator. She Stated, Removing the stigma of mental illness combined with finding and providing supportive, effective care and management of these conditions is the vision and forefront of the mission of the Mental Health Association in Jefferson County. I am proud to be associated with this organization. We are working to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our members and assist them in maintaining their independence and daily lives.
Joe graduated from Copenhagen Central School and has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics from Bard College. After graduating, Joe worked at the health and life insurance agency, Stephen C. Foy, Inc., for 4 years at first as administrative assistance, then later as Vice President of Operations. In 2017 Joe became a 50% owner of Foy Benefits, Inc. which purchased the employee benefit policies from Stephen C. Foy, Inc. Joe has lived and worked in and around the Watertown area all of his life.
